FAQs - SHIPPING INFORMATION & STORE POLICIES

We continually keep prices up to date and strive to present accurate prices of merchandise in our showroom and on our website. 

Prices (provided by way of a written Quote, Manufacturer/Factory Price List or, our website) are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of placing your order. Seller reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission, including factory increases due to the current economic climate.

 

Yes, it is a good idea to do so at the time of purchase; all conversion kits are specific to the manufacturer and you never know when they will discontinue an item. If that happens, you will not be able to convert your crib because the kits are not interchangeable.

Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing some manufacturing and delivery delays. When
you place your order we will contact you with a projected ordering time.

Ordering furniture online can be challenging especially when ordering crib components and bed/loft components. Also due to graphic limitations, finishes may appear slightly different than they actually are. We welcome phone orders where we can take the time to insure that you are ordering the correct pieces/components/finishes to your furniture collection. Just call and we will be glad to help you. How does delivery work?
Each day a different delivery area is set up by the delivery team.

Deliveries are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
The delivery team will text you the day before your scheduled delivery day with a two (2) hour window and followup with a text message thirty (30) minutes prior to arrival time.

Installation & Assembly
Installation & assembly is included in all deliveries.

Furniture orders vary based from one manufacturer to another, often inventory and where it is coming from determine the length of ordering time; custom orders always take a little longer in time. Rooms to Grow asks that you please allow adequate ordering time for your furniture; call the store (401) 467-2990 for details.

Due to the nature of home furnishings with handling and ordering furniture, merchandise cannot be returned. All sales are final.

However we stand behind all of the products we sell. Our service department is ready to serve you should it be required.

Keep in mind that finishes are photographed and may not show the exact color, wood grain, and decorative treatments. Our showroom has many of the samples on display.

Yes. Our warehouse is located in the same building as our store. We have designated pickup hours available. Please call the store (401) 467-2990 for pickup hours.
