Serena Conversion Kit
This universal conversion kit allows you to transform your Silva crib into a full-size bed. The kit consists of two side rails connecting the front and back of the crib (becoming headboard and footboard) and 6 cross slats to serve as support for a bunkie-board, low profile box spring, or another type of mattress support.
