Do I need to purchase the conversion kits now for my crib?

Yes, it is a good idea to do so at the time of purchase; all conversion kits are specific to the manufacturer and you never know when they will discontinue an item.  If that happens, you will not be able to convert your crib because the kits are not interchangeable.

Delivery/ Shipping

Rooms To Grow has an expert delivery team that will deliver and set up your furniture order.  Our professional team will remove all of the packaging and place the furniture in the room it is going in.

The delivery fees are based on location and based on how much set up is required. The average cost of delivery and set up ranges between $150.00 – $190.00.  Once your furniture is scheduled for a specific day our delivery team will contact you the day before and provide you with a 2 hour delivery window.

Rooms To Grow will not ship furniture due to the fact damages can occur when pieces are handled multiple times.

If you live outside our delivery area, please call us so we can quote you a specific delivery price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Furniture orders vary based from one manufacturer to another, often inventory and where it is coming from determine the length of ordering time; custom orders always take a little longer in time. Rooms to Grow asks that you please allow adequate ordering time for your furniture; call the store (401) 467-2990 for details.

Returns/ Damages

Due to the nature of home furnishings with handling and ordering furniture, merchandise cannot be returned.  All sales are final.

However we stand behind all of the products we sell. Our service department is ready to serve you should it be required.

Keep in mind that finishes are photographed and may not show the exact color, wood grain, and decorative treatments. Our showroom has many of the samples on display.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes our warehouse is located in the same building as our store. We have designated pickup hours available. Please call the store (401) 467-2990 for pickup hours.

How do I request a delivery quote?

Just email us your request, along with your delivery address and we will return your email with the information.
